Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern any purchase you make on blaxstar.net (the "Store"). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't place an order. See also our Privacy Policy and Shipping & Returns policy, which are part of this agreement by reference.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to place an order; generally, 18 or older (or the age of majority where you live). Signing in uses our authentication provider; you're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity on your account. Provide accurate, current information when you order or create an account.

Products, pricing & availability

We try hard to keep product listings, pricing, and stock accurate, but mistakes happen — especially with limited-run or hand-built items. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and don't include applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. If we discover a pricing or listing error on an order that hasn't shipped yet, we'll contact you before charging the corrected amount, and you can choose to cancel instead. Stock shown on the Store isn't a guarantee of availability until your order is actually confirmed and processed.

Product condition

Many of our listings are graded by condition: New, Used, Refurbished, For Parts, or a limited/custom build. These are shown directly on the product page. Read the listed condition before ordering; it's part of what you're agreeing to buy.

• New items are factory sealed, open-box (QA'd but never deployed), or freshly assembled from new components.
• Used items are graded like new, very good, good, or fair based on cosmetic wear; all grades are represented as fully functional unless the listing says otherwise.
• Refurbished items have been restored and tested, either by the manufacturer or in our own lab.
• For parts / not working items are sold as-is, for salvage or component harvesting, with no functional guarantee; these are not eligible for a "doesn't work" return, since non-function is the disclosed condition.

Orders & acceptance

An order confirmation email or screen means we've received your order; it isn't our acceptance of it. We accept your order when we ship it (or begin work on a service). We may cancel or refuse an order at any time before that. For example, for suspected fraud, a pricing or listing error, or if an item turns out to be unavailable, we'll refund any payment already taken.

Payment & taxes

Payment is processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the order total, including any applicable sales tax and shipping. You're responsible for making sure your payment details are accurate and that funds are available.

Custom builds & services

Some listings are custom builds or service engagements rather than off-the-shelf products. For these, the scope, timeline, and any service-specific terms shown on the listing or agreed with you directly take priority over the general provisions above. Once work has begun on a custom or service order, it may not be eligible for cancellation or a full refund; see the listing for specifics before ordering.

Acceptable use

When using the Store, you agree not to:

• Provide false information or impersonate someone else when ordering.
• Use the Store for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to interfere with, scrape, or abuse the Store's systems or security.
• Resell orders in a way that violates any applicable law or manufacturer terms.

We may cancel orders or suspend accounts that violate this section.

Intellectual property

The Store's content — text, graphics, logos, and product photography — belongs to BLAXSTAR LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and share it for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not reproduce, redistribute, or use it commercially without our written permission.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Store and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind beyond what's expressly stated in a product listing or required by law. We don't guarantee the Store will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing here limits any warranty rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that can't be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BLAXSTAR LLC's total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute can't be resolved informally, it will be handled in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated date at the top of this page; they don't apply retroactively to orders you've already placed.
